Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in the community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home care and senior care, with a focus on providing compassionate leadership to our team. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those with dementia and other age-related conditions.

Duties

Manage and supervise daily operations of domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Lead and support a team of caregivers, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills in delivering exceptional care.

Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Conduct regular assessments of client needs and satisfaction, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.

Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate records of client care and staff performance, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback and professional development.

Skills

Proven experience in managing home care or assisted living services.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

In-depth knowledge of dementia care practices and senior care requirements.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and staff.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing client records and compliance documentation.

A background in nursing or experience within nursing homes is advantageous.

Pay: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

In-depth knowledge of CQC and its framework: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
