JTB Architects are seeking expressions of interest from Registered Architects and/or Senior Architects to join our team.
You will be joining a highly collaborative and professionally rewarding practice which will see you working with or leading a project team on a distinct piece or across all of the design stages on projects ranging from $200k to $200m in value, including high-end residential, commercial, education and civic work.
What JTB Architects are looking for is someone who is independent in thought, working style and level of motivation. Your portfolio will demonstrate your breadth of design and documentation abilities and passion for inspiring your clients. You will be a natural collaborator and enjoy working within an interdisciplinary environment that is supportive and challenging.
You will need to be a Registered Architect with at least 8 years' post-graduate experience, and have a NZ recognised qualification. You will have the ability to develop your own local clients and projects, particularly in Queenstown and Wanaka Areas, and be able to manage your own workload, as well as coordinate consultant teams. Proficiency in the use of CAD and supporting software programmes, ideally; ArchiCAD, BIM, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite.
