With an existing presence and strong client base across New Zealand this practice has delivered several key projects across the private sector establishing an impressive portfolio.RoleThis is a unique role for an experienced registered architect to join a reputable practice and assist with the growth of the Auckland practice.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLead, grow and represent this practice across New ZealandFoster a collaborative and creative studio environment working in partnership with the Australian teamOversee projects across the complete design process, ensuring design excellence, creative thinking, documentation, and delivery of projectsDrive existing client relationships, along with establishing and maintain existing relationships with current consultants and stakeholdersElevate the brand presence across New Zealand through networking, marketing strategies and involvement in industry eventsRequirementsProven experience as a New Zealand Registered Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project outcomes and design leadershipExceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated track record in managing, mentoring, and overseeing small teamsProject management ability including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagementStrong Revit abilityCommunity, Education (Schools & Tertiary), & Master Planning experience is desiredBenefitsThis is a unique opportunity that rarely occurs, where you can shape the future of a studio and step into their leadership team.
