Our client seeks a highly skilled Registered Architect to join their team in Wanaka. Specialising in a diverse range of sectors, from residential to commercial and public projects, the practice is known for its commitment to design excellence and collaborative approach. With a strong forward workload, this role offers a unique chance to lead and deliver significant projects while enjoying a lifestyle-focused environment.
Key Requirements: A minimum of 8 years' experience as an Architect, ideally with experience in New Zealand Proficiency in ArchiCAD is highly desired Proven leadership abilities in managing projects and project teams Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels A passion for delivering high-quality design and leading projects from concept to completion What You'll Get in Return
