Role This is a unique role for an experienced Registered Architect to join a reputable practice and assist with the growth of the Auckland practice. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, grow and represent this practice across New Zealand Foster a collaborative and creative studio environment Oversee projects across the complete design process, ensuring design excellence, creative thinking, documentation, and delivery of projects Drive existing client relationships, along with establishing and maintain existing relationships with current consultants and stakeholders Managing a small team, monitoring, reviewing work and setting KPIS Elevate the brand presence across New Zealand through networking, marketing strategies and involvement in industry events Requirements Proven experience as a New Zealand Registered Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project outcomes and design leadership.
