Get in touch with us! We are looking for experienced Ministerial Advisors to join our community. Robert Walters works with a range of organisations and Government Departments who require support across: Ministerial Correspondence, Official Information Act (OIA), Parliamentary Engagement (PQs) and more. We are looking for candidates with the following range of skills & expertise: Responding to Ministerial/OIA requests Coordinating the response of Ministerial/OIA requests Reviewing briefings, reports, and information Managing reporting for ministerial and official correspondence Compiling weekly reports for Ministers Working proactively with Ministers office staff Tailoring complex messages to a range of audiences Building and maintaining good stakeholder relationships Influencing and working effectively with staff at all levels You will need to be confident in providing advice to support the Ministry, Minister, and Associate Ministers as well as applying knowledge of the machinery of government, risk management, and managing at the political interface.
