More than 50,000 of our Guarantees are currently active in the market offering protection for more than $34 billion worth of property.About The Role:Are you an experienced builder who would like to get off the tools and use your knowledge to assist fellow builders?
We seek the services of an experienced and qualified building practitioner with excellent relationship and computer skills to work in the top of the South Island regions.
The assigned territory includes part of Canterbury, Nelson, Marlborough, and the West Coast.A competitive salary, company vehicle with personal mileage allowance, day-to-day health insurance, 4 weeks annual leave + your birthday off, and EAP support are all part of the remuneration package.Duties And Responsibilities:Proactively recruit and assist with the process for new member applications;Scheduled visits to new and existing members;Monitor the uptake by members of RMBA benefits and services;Encourage Registered Master Builders to enter and attend events and training sessions;Assist with reporting within the complaint process between Members and their clients;Assist our guarantee company, Master Build Services, to carry out investigations, provide written reports, and coordinate repairs to works accepted under the guarantee;Provide industry leadership on behalf of Registered Master Builders;Carry out follow-up calls to our provisional membership;Attend local branch member meetings.If you excel at self-management, building relationships, and have an outstanding knowledge of the building and construction industry, you could be exactly who we are looking for.

You will also need to have good computer skills, be a good communicator, and have a clean driver's licence.With your assistance, we will continue to provide members with the support and benefits they require.
