Our Opportunity We have a rare opportunity for you to join as Regional Sales Manager within our Route Food Service business. You will be an integral member of the Route Food Services sales team and lead our high-performing Field Sales team spread across our Lower North Island, encompassing Tauranga down to Wellington region.

As a people leader, you will spend valuable time in the field supporting your team which means there is some travel required.

Key Responsibilities: Manage, lead and direct your team to deliver against the RFS strategic goals Maintain and develop strong and effective relationships with Field Sales customers and integrate and operate Goodman Fielder field operations seamlessly and effectively as one team Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders Lead our Regional Field Sales team to achieve sales/volume, margin and market share targets while providing customers with a high level of service Drive the GF strategy home in everything you do Pushing your team outside of their comfort zone to continue developing them About You: 5+ years' proven experience in a sales leadership role within FMCG Expertise in strategic planning and driving the overall business strategy Strong commercial acumen with a track record of successful new business Have a good grasp of the current market and understanding customer landscape Exceptional communication skills and ability to negotiate high-value supply agreements Full working rights in NZ and hold a current driver's license What We Offer: You will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, resulting in a highly collaborative environment.
