The day to day will involve:
Leading and developing a high performing and engaged sales team.Spending at least half your week out on farm with the sales team.Ensuring delivery of exceptional service levels and technical expertise to shareholders by driving on farm productivity and profitability.Maintaining and growing our supplier and vendor relationships locally.Development of a strategic plan about execution of your region's sales targets.Working incessantly with our new technology and tools, FarmlandsPRO and CE.Monitoring and measuring performance to target.Actively being engaged in regionalised events and sponsorships to leverage sales.This role requires credibility in technical sales and strong business acumen to enable breakthrough thinking to achieve and support our ambitious goals.
