Regional Sales Manager - New Build Housing Wolfbrook Residential is one of New Zealand's largest residential property developers with a proven track record of delivering high-quality homes across Aotearoa to both homeowners and investors alike. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will lead our Auckland-based team of ambitious Property Salespeople. You will drive exceptional results for both our customers and the business using your commercial acumen and well-honed sales and negotiation skills - you will make it happen! You will feedback market intelligence into the business, acting as the conduit between the business and the market. In this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass: Leadership: Lead with ambition and inspiration by your personal actions and experience. Performance: Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. You'll mentor and coach your direct reports, helping develop their sales skills, market expertise, and industry knowledge. Customer Experience: You'll ensure that outstanding customer experience is at the heart of Wolfbrook's sales process, leading to repeat custom. Market Expertise: You'll research market trends, feeding back to the business knowledge on market demands. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals by being actively involved in the sales process where required. Learning & Growth: Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for the team to keep them updated on industry trends and ensuring they are always at the top of their game. Goal Setting: You will plan and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly goals with your team and ensure reporting to key stakeholders. Communication: You will keep all stakeholders regularly updated. You will have the following: Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Demonstrated record of sales delivery, preferably in a property or real estate business. Commercial Acumen: You're able to understand, analyze, and make sound business decisions. Experience with using CRM: Software for lead management, targeting, and KPI analysis. Property Development Knowledge: You will ideally bring knowledge of "off the plans" property sales and lifecycle to the business or be prepared to get stuck in and learn quickly. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
