About the Role Our Business Information Solutions (BIS) team is looking to fill a key leadership role of Regional Sales Manager to continue our current strong growth in the highly competitive market of Imaging Technology. BIS includes five key solutions sets – Business Print, Professional Print, Software Solutions, Collaboration Technologies and Business Process Outsourcing. Your role will be to lead your teams to continue the market share gains for Canon!
About You You're a person that understands that every minute spent developing their team is an investment in their future, their team's future and the value you can deliver to your customers. You're a sales professional who will bring their authentic self to work and can build and maintain strong relationships with customers who include Primary School Teachers, Panel Beaters, IT Professionals and even MP's.
You're a smart, passionate individual with strong leadership skills, a challenger mindset and real hands-on demonstrable experience with leading high performing sales teams. In your career to date you have demonstrated skills in complex sale negotiation, clear strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen. You will also possess knowledge and experience in leading teams in complex high value sales opportunities, ideally within the Government and Large Enterprise space and be a true ambassador for the Canon brand.
Other key attributes include:
Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a Senior Sales Management roleTertiary qualification or equivalent business experienceProven experience in creating and leading high performing teamsExcellent understanding of the sales process, objectives, outcomes, and techniquesStrategic sales management abilitySound financial and deal construction knowledgeAbility to negotiate complex salesAbility to set budgets, pricing policyComfortable with profit and loss, balance sheet data and other financial measurementsAbility to think outside the square and integrate a solution to meet requirementsAbility to establish long term relationships with customersWell-developed and engaging presentation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced presentation and public speaking skillsPreference for significant experience in B2B technology salesWhat's in it for you
