MediaWorks has an exciting opportunity for a strong commercially savvy leader in Taranaki who has a successful track record in motivating a sales team to optimize revenue opportunities and deliver great strategic outcomes for clients and the community. As Regional Sales Manager, you will create and implement strategic growth plans and deliver exceptional client service resulting in exceeding financial objectives. 
The Role
Develop, motivate and coach your team to reach their full potential. Meet and exceed the market's revenue targets Full management of the market P&L Create competitive advantage through leveraging MediaWorks assets to deliver strong client solutions.Provide market insight and strategic direction to the broader commercial and business long term plans.Ensure our customers and people are at the heart of everything we do.About You
Proven leadership experience within media and/or leading a large sales teamA strategic thinker who aligns with our direction and will take our team on the journey to get thereResults driven with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomesCool and calm leader especially when under pressure, you radiate energy, enthusiasm and we can do it attitudeTakes ownership to make things happen with constant focus on delivery excellence and customer centricityUnderstanding of budgets and business planningCore capabilities encompassing Communication, Collaboration, Courage and CompassionOn Offer
