What's the role?
Based within the Canterbury region, we are looking for a technical sales manager to maintain and grow customer relationships within the greater Canterbury region.
We need a sales hunter who can maximise any and all sales opportunities and drive to achieve or exceed budget.
Your interaction with our customers, growers and farmers means that you will be technically savvy across a variety of crop types with a key understanding of the agricultural market.
This autonomous role reports to the Nelson based National Sales Manager and you will be well supported with a tight knit team close by.
Who are we are looking for?
Ideally you have a strong background in agriculture with a solid understanding of the arable, cereal & pastoral sectors with experience in Horticulture being an advantage.
You need to have the right to work in New Zealand and a clean, valid driver's license.
You will be highly organised with great communication skills and experience using Microsoft Office 365.
Most importantly, you are a team player, who can work alongside some of the best in the business!
