This position will have responsibilities to drive the growth of Advanced Wound Management products across NZ by: Managing and mentoring a team of Territory Managers across the region. Validating and driving accountability on top opportunities and contract execution. Maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Reporting on the performance of the team and resolving issues as needed. What will you be doing? Drive execution of business opportunities with new and existing customers in the assigned territory. Meet with Hospital/Community Sales Director ANZ on a regular basis to update on progress of key initiatives. Work with the relevant Advanced Wound Management Sales Team to find opportunities across all business activities. In conjunction with the Territory Managers, develop strategic business plans for all top customers in the assigned region. Work closely with Sales Executives and BDE's to drive sales execution to opportunity in allocated regions for both public and private hospitals. Drive and lead initiatives and projects within assigned territory to accelerate hospital sales. Evaluate ideas and suggestions for new products, investigate market opportunities, and recommend exploitation of economically attractive products to grow new business. Regularly analyze sales performance and provide input on strategies and tactics to ensure delivery of results. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor Degree or similar in Business and a valid driver's license. Masters in Business would be highly regarded. Proven track record in managing relationships with Hospital Accounts, Private Hospital Corporate Groups, and relevant stakeholders within the hospital environment. Proven track record in negotiating successful outcomes with Hospital and relevant stakeholders. Previous experience in Business Development within the Healthcare sector in ANZ or overseas equivalent. Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
