Who They Are
We are working with a privately-held manufacturer of mineral composite and solid surface technologies with a portfolio of reputable brands throughout the bath products space. They are looking for a Regional Sales Director to oversee a growing territory in the West coast, managing both direct and independent reps throughout the region. This company has recently restructured and opened up huge room for growth within the organization.

What You'll Do
Manage a sales team comprised of both direct and indirect reps
What You'll Need
Experience in sales management (preferably for a rep agency with at least two direct reports)
Able and willing to travel frequently
