This will be a potential career highpoint. And fun! Retail Operations Management Supervise retail staff across multiple locations. Provide timely coaching and development to assist in focusing our people's performance and effectiveness. Manage staffing needs including hiring, onboarding, and scheduling. Training & Development Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Ensure our HR and H&S policies and procedures are effective, relevant, and fully adhered to. Customer Experience Maintain high levels of service across customer interaction points in stores, delivering the best possible experience and satisfaction to customers. Elicit customer feedback and respond directly to requests in order to continuously improve our service. Stock Management Ensure optimal stock levels across all retail locations in line with customer demand. Implement inventory tracking and stock management processes to ensure optimum range, replenishment, rotation and review processes. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock issues including ordering, supply and delivery. Conduct regular control processes including audits and stocktakes. Budgeting & Reporting Assist in the development and management of budgets for multiple retail locations. Analyse and report on sales data, forecast revenue, product line performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize profitability. Promotions / Campaigns Collaborate with the team to develop in-store and online promotional campaigns. Analyse sales data to determine the success of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly. Brand Development Ensure that all retail locations uphold the company's brand standards. Contribute to developing and extending our third-party distribution model and related vendor management practices. Assist in developing national marketing strategies that drive traffic, profile and interest that increases loyalty/preference and sales.
