Join us as a Regional Receptionist & Regional Manager's PA in Palmerston North.
In this dual function role you will support the Manawatu region as a receptionist, manning the front desk and covering regional support duties. You will also be responsible for providing assistance to the Regional Manager with their day to day activities. This busy and varied role is for 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.
In addition to the above you will: Oversee the efficient running of the Regional Reception area and wider business.
Provide secretarial services for the Regional Manager including word processing, power point, visio, photocopying, filing and other document processing duties.
Arrange and co-coordinate bookings for meetings in the training room(s) with a wide range of people and organisations as directed, which may include organising IT, catering and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.

We're looking for someone with: Personable and friendly disposition, as well as an excellent communicator.
Experience and competence in computer systems, including Microsoft Office range of products, in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio.
The ability to demonstrate leadership and initiative capabilities with a collaborative working style and ability to work as a member of a team.
Strong self-management with a structured and meticulous approach to work.
Ability to perform well under pressure and prioritise workloads.
IT minded to ensure you keep up to date with new technologies, systems and facilities as required for the Regional Manager to operate effectively.
