This role sits in the property team covering a large property portfolio across NZ. The Regional Property Coordinator role can be based in Auckland or Whangarei and provides essential coordination and support to both the regional and wider national property team. The role focuses on high quality budget preparation, forecast and programme information/reporting for the regional and national property team along with supporting facilities management and stakeholder relationship management.

Bring your ability to maintain consistent standards whilst working autonomously within a nationally and regionally dispersed team. It is essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have a customer focused approach, with a strong commitment to quality service improvement.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:
Project administration and project coordination experience in a property, facilities management or contracting environment and/or experience dealing with contractors.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with an ability to proactively influence stakeholders for win-win outcomes.Good foundation understanding of the building regulatory system.Strong computer literacy, especially with the Microsoft package.A valid driver's licence and be willing to travel including some overnight stays.Exceptional time management, engagement, and planning skills.He aha nga painga o tenei mahi mou? – Why you will enjoy working here?
