For the right person, this is a stimulating role maintaining our Profit Protection strategy to help minimise shrink, deter criminality, train and influence store teams, undertake investigations, produce regular reports and provide general loss prevention support. It requires strong relationships based on respect and collaboration with various stakeholders such as the Police, community groups, mall owners, and security providers by contributing to investigations and harm prevention.We're looking for a charismatic and curious individual who wants to make a difference. Your ability to make things happen, influence at all levels, and build strong connections will help you be successful. You'll need to be comfortable being visible and working at pace to support our stores when needed, demonstrating confidence in meetings with your exceptional communication, and being proactive to deliver plans for execution.This role works with 23 stores from the middle of the North Island (Napier/New Plymouth) down to Wellington, so to provide the best support, our ideal candidate will need to live within the region.We are NZ's largest retail security team, so to join us you will ideally have:Experience in retail, law enforcement, loss prevention, investigations, or auditing.Exceptional communication, engagement, and influencing skills.A strong moral compass and the ability to foster positive relationships.Flexibility with hours and a resilient attitude.As a senior in your field, you'll be entrusted to manage your own time while receiving guidance and support from a leader who is dedicated to your growth and success.As you will be spending some of your time in our stores, a full driver's licence and being available and flexible to travel is a must.
