Regional Performance Manager - Lower North IslandJetts NZ is looking for a full time Regional Performance Manager to provide performance management, sales, recruitment and operational support in our wider Wellington region as well as our Whanganui, Palmerston North, and Dunedin clubs.Reporting to the National Performance Manager, you'll be based in Lower Hutt, Wellington, joining a close-knit Territory Manager team that is down to earth, passionate about health and fitness, loves what they do, and is committed to helping our people succeed!The Regional Manager role is fundamental in providing ongoing support, coaching, and performance management to their team members. This includes regular travel to the designated clubs to positively influence the professional development and achievements of our Club Managers and being available to operate the after-hours phone on a rotating basis whilst having fun along the way!Your daily focus will be working closely with your club staff and ensuring they are set up for success in order to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, generate a positive member experience, and continue Jetts' presence as a convenience brand in this exciting and dynamic fitness industry!Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maximising the financial performance of the region by growing revenue and EBITDA; strategic support to achieve monthly sales budgets and member growth targets.Improving team member capability through performance management, individual development, and succession planning.Recruiting, developing, mentoring, rostering, and retaining Club Managers within the region.Conducting and reporting on operational compliance activities, including WH&S audits.To be successful in this role you will have:2+ years' experience in an Operational Management role with small to medium-sized teams and a record of success in managing people.Proven track record achieving financial results/KPIs in a customer-centric multi-site business.Ability to influence key stakeholders at multiple levels of the business.Ability to attract, inspire, coach, and develop talent.Passion for the health and fitness industry with a positive attitude and hands-on personality.Why Jetts?Jetts NZ is part of the Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG), Asia-Pacific's largest diversified health and wellness group, headquartered in Australia.
