Regional Performance Coach The Opportunity: As the Regional Performance Coach, you'll take ownership over growing the organisations technical capability across the South Island Region through the induction, development, professional delivery and ongoing management of effective training programmes. Through robust auditing and training procedures, you will ensure our technicians meet and maintain consistent quality of, and adherence to all, Health Safety and Wellbeing, Belron Way of Fitting, Smith&Smith NZ and Belron Global training programs, policies and standards.
Location: Christchurch
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What you will bring to the role: ADAS certified, qualified NCAR Technician (or on the way to be) and able to complete the NZQA Assessors requirements Excellent level of capability to deliver exceptional training and development programmes. The ability to travel regularly Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Solution focused, responsive, able to demonstrate initiative. Demonstrated experience in building successful and sustainable relationships A clean full driver's license is required.
