Your Role As our Regional Manager, you'll drive sales and operational excellence while cultivating a culture of high performance.
You'll represent our brand, embodying our core values andensuring an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.
Your leadership will inspire teams, enhance engagement, and optimise sales while maintaining efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Leadership:You will mentor, coach and develop the leaders of the future, enhancing engagement by building trust, transparency and performance.
Team Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador and motivate, inspire, and energise a talented group of Store Managers.
Customer Focus:Champion an exceptional customer service experience.
Operational Excellence:Drive operational excellence in all business areas, including compliance, cost control, brand awareness, visual merchandising, and stock control.
Store Visits:Regularly assess sales, KPIs, and store standards, motivating and driving performance.
Budget Management:Oversee controllable expenses to meet profit targets.
Data-Driven Decisions:Analyse KPIs and develop actionable strategies, Performance Updates:Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Who You Are Experience:5+ years in a Regional, State, or National multi-site role in retail.
Leadership Skills:Exceptional ability to inspire and lead teams.
Retail Knowledge:Strong understanding of the Retail Award and performance management.
Sales Driver:Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving sales.
Financial Acumen:Experience in wage management and rostering.
Visual Merchandising:Strong understanding of merchandising principles.
Motivator:A highly influential and motivating presence.
High Achiever:You thrive in fast-paced environments.
Communication Skills:Exceptional ability to communicate effectively.
Agile Thinker:Quick on your feet and ready to adapt.
Please note, due to the multi-site nature of this role there will be regular travel by car and plane, you are required to have a valid driving licence and access to your own transport.
A car allowance will be provided.
