You'll support and empower your team of direct reports, provide operational leadership, coaching and mentoring whilst also being well connected to the community, network with stakeholders and drive business development.Core responsibilities include:Provide leadership, staff development, and effective business managementImplement service delivery models, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting contractual requirements.Oversee financial sustainabilityDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promote the capacity and potential of services.Contribute to market intelligence and expand business opportunitiesImplement quality and health and safety systemsYou'll be present and visible across your region that covers Dunedin, Queenstown, Invercargill and Stewart Island.
