Regional Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our clients team as Regional Manager for Hawkes Bay, based in Napier. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the company's growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the Hawkes Bay region.
Lead all aspects of our civil business, including customer development, commercial operations, and project delivery.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients and partners.
Oversee tender preparation and review, balancing risk and opportunity.
Manage performance of all construction contracts in the region.
Ensure adherence to company processes in contract management, quality, and HSE.
Ideal Candidate Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, project management, or equivalent extensive field experience.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (preferred).
Chartered Professional Engineer status (desirable).
Experience Minimum 10 years in civil construction, with at least 3 years in New Zealand.
Proven success in delivering high-quality project outcomes as a project manager or contracts manager.
Experience with projects valued over $10 million.
Skills and Attributes Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Excellent customer relationship-building skills.
Thorough understanding of estimating, construction management, and HSE principles.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high commercial acumen.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation.
