You'll drive membership growth by acquiring new members and ensuring they maximise the benefits of their membership.Acting as the vital link between regional operations and National Office, you'll facilitate clear and effective communication. Additionally, you'll actively engage with members through local meetings and events, strengthening connections and promoting the value of Master Electricians services. You will also:Generate and share monthly update reports with National Office and BranchesCoordinate quality assurance processes, including new member assessmentsManage and refine member databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibilityLeverage database information for effective communication with members and stakeholdersMonitor membership trends, provide reports, and identify areas for improvementIntroduce new benefits and services to enhance membership valueDevelop targeted promotional campaigns to increase member participationEnhance visibility and credibility of Master Electricians through strategic outreachUphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactionsMaintain high levels of engagement with members and stakeholdersOur ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a dynamic passion for people.The ideal Regional Manager will have:An Electrician or Electrical Inspector QualificationWorkplace H&S experience, Electrical contracting experience preferableStrong relationship building abilities with exceptional people skillsCustomer facing experience, skilled at delivering exceptional service and representing the organisation to stakeholdersKnowledge of members' needs and preferences in the electrical industryStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with all stakeholdersHigh energy and motivation to drive initiatives forward with dedicationA great sense of humour!If you have an interest in the Electrical industry and enjoy building relationships, driving growth, then we want to hear from you!
