About the Role In this role based in Cromwell, you will join our Contracting Senior Leadership Team as a Regional Manager. You will have a strong business development focus, playing a crucial role in diversifying our workstreams across Central Otago. Additionally, you will support our Cromwell team by closely overseeing the delivery of the Aurora maintenance contract, day-to-day operations, and mentoring and developing the Team Leaders and Supervisors.
Other key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining a diverse pipeline of work to achieve revenue budgets through collaboration and independent customer engagement.Ensuring budgeted revenue and profit margins are met, reviewing pricing and tendering processes.Working closely with the wider contracting management team, contributing to the wider ElectroNet Contracting strategy and direction.About You Your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, make informed decisions, and maintain a high level of integrity, coupled with self-motivation and excellent time management, sets you apart. Additionally, you have a strong background in business development with a natural ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
