Central Kids provides early childhood education to over 2,500 tamariki each year, across 23 geographical locations within the Central North Island. Our roots are in providing a learning through play experience that enhances the development of tamariki. We are not-for-profit, and our focus is on sustainability and delivering positive outcomes for tamariki, whanau and communities. Our role is to see the unique strengths of each tamariki and work in partnership with whanau, to support the transition to school and future success.?
As Regional Manager, you will oversee and manage 10 early childhood centres in the Bay of Plenty, playing a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our talented kaiwhakaako (head teachers). Your leadership will ensure the effective management of each centre, fostering a thriving environment for tamariki.
This position is a blend of strategic business management and educational excellence, requiring you to balance fiscal responsibility with outstanding educational and social outcomes. As a key leader within our organisation, you will cultivate a positive and engaged culture, ensuring tamariki flourish under our care. You will also maintain strong community relationships, reflecting our commitment to partnership and understanding the unique needs of each community we serve.
We seek a seasoned professional with experience in managing multi-site operations and leading managers. Ideally, you will be based in the Bay of Plenty rohe to effectively support our services. A proven track record in financial management, digital savviness, and proficiency with web-based platforms is essential. Additionally, experience in social impact and outcomes in sectors such as health, social services, or education is highly valued.
