Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)Position Overview:We are looking for an energetic and experienced Part Time Regional Manager to lead and inspire the teams across our three women's fashion boutiques in Mt Maunganui, Cambridge and Whangamata. As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee store operations, drive sales, and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience and brand representation across all locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail management, a passion for fashion, and a knack for coaching and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for each boutique.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse sales data, and support store managers in achieving growth goals.Conduct regular analysis of sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and coordinate with the Management team to keep stock levels aligned with demand.Lead, coach, and support store managers and their teams to maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment.Conduct regular store visits to provide feedback, observe operations, and encourage best practices.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.Customer Experience:Ensure a top-tier customer experience across all boutiques, in line with our brand's values of fun, confidence, and inclusivity.Work closely with store managers to resolve customer queries, ensuring a personalised shopping experience.Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation:Oversee visual merchandising and ensure brand standards are consistently upheld in each store.Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to implement seasonal displays, promotions, and campaigns that reflect the brand's unique aesthetic.Operational Management:Implement effective store processes and policies, focusing on operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.Manage inventory control and minimise shrinkage, coordinating stock movement and transfers between stores as needed.Collaborate on planning in-store events and promotions to drive engagement and sales.Prepare and manage store budgets, track expenses, and maximise profitability across the region.Generate regular reports on sales, staffing, and inventory for review by senior management.Requirements:Proven experience in multi-store or regional management within retail, preferably in fashion.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams across different locations.Strong understanding of retail KPIs, budgeting, and sales analysis.Passion for fashion and a customer-centric approach.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to travel regularly to each boutique.What We Offer:A competitive salary, performance bonuses, staff discounts, and opportunities for career development within a growing brand.If you're a motivated leader with a flair for fashion and team development, we'd love to hear from you!
