This is a market leader across interiors and larger construction refurbishments, operating at a fast pace with a strong and reputable brand.They cover all high-end interior fit out and refurbishment jobs for high profile corporates, government, and smaller businesses, from design through to full project delivery.The company continues to grow positively, with a strong programme of work including contracts for premium tenants of high-rise office fitout and refurbishments.As a growing business led by spirited and entrepreneurial management, they are now seeking a high achieving Regional Manager to take ownership of the commercial and operational function, as well as project management function.This role has the potential to lead into a shareholding/equity position pending the applicant's desire and drive to be part of this business.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership and management for the BOP/Waikato officeSet up systems, working in conjunction with the Head Office to synergise and ensure systems are matchingGrow a team, performance review, and mentoringLead tender preparationLeadership of project managers and site managersReview, develop, and implement operating processes to identify opportunities to improve efficienciesRequirements:10+ years of Senior Project/Construction Management and/or Commercial management experience either from a commercial main contractor with some interiors/fitout projects as part of your portfolio or an interiors contractor with a strong understanding of tendering and contract administrationA strong understanding and knowledge of the BOP/Waikato construction market dynamics, competition, and contributing any networksHighly developed communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage and guide all staffA history of project delivery successStrong commercial instincts and looking for your next challenge in a leadership roleA team player with the ability to work with a sense of urgencySalary and Benefits:$180K - $230K + Vehicle + shares on offer
