They are a growing business led by spirited and entrepreneurial management. This is a company that is leading the way and offers a secure role within an enjoyable team working environment.Job OverviewIdentify a high achieving Regional Manager who can step into a leadership role taking ownership of the commercial and operational function as well as project management function facilitating the set-up of commercial operations in conjunction with a direct report into a National Director.Key ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership and management for the Queenstown office.Setting up systems, working in with the Head Office to synergise and ensure systems are matching.Growing a team, performance review and mentoring.Leading tender preparation.Leadership of project managers and site managers.Identifying commercial risks.Further reviewing, developing and implementing operating processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.Requirements10+ years of Senior Project/Construction Management and/or Commercial management experience either from a commercial main contractor with some interiors/fitout projects as part of your portfolio or an interiors contractor with a strong understanding of tendering and contract administration.A strong understanding and knowledge of the Queenstown construction market dynamics, competition and contributing any networks.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; you can manage and guide all staff.A history of project delivery success.Strong commercial instincts and you are looking for your next challenge in a leadership role.A team player with an ability to work with a sense of urgency.
