We have a portfolio of work in the Auckland region needing the skills and experience of a senior engineer based in our Auckland CBD office. Primarily a technical delivery role, this vacancy has come about because we support our people in developing and challenging themselves through doing the type of work they enjoy. Experience and knowledge is remaining in-house but has created an opportunity for someone else to take the reins of the Team.

You'll be part of the Civil Structural national team with the opportunity to contribute to local and national projects. Our Auckland-based team specialise in coastal infrastructure, urban and rural infrastructure including roading revetments, slip remediation, and commercial and residential development.

The role is office-based, and while any WFH component would be minimal, the option is there to be taken as appropriate.
About you: You will be comfortable working on a diverse range of project types with an interest in geology and structures. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and confidence in decision making and be confident in dealing directly with clients and managing projects of varying sizes. Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor/Master of Engineering (Civil).Minimum five years working with NZ Standards and available to be registered with local authorities.Being Chartered would be advantageous.You will also be:
