As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager - Central to join our Mobility team.
What You'll Be Doing | Mo te Turanga
In this role, you will lead and oversee the seamless operation of services within your region, driving the achievement of service delivery standards, sales targets, and key business objectives aligned with the strategic direction of the Mobility division and the broader Association. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with Members, customers, business partners, third-party suppliers, and contractors.
Your leadership will play a pivotal role in driving performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
About You | Mou
Your extensive experience at a Senior Management level in a comparable large and complex environment will be key to your success in this position.
You'll be a true people-leader, with experience leading large, remote teams, fostering a high-performance culture, managing complex employee relations (ideally with exposure to unions), and building strong relationships with business partners, third-party suppliers, and contractors.
You will have proven experience promoting safety, compliance, and continuous learning within a region, and be comfortable proactively managing risks to ensure business continuity and success. You'll also have solid financial planning and budgeting skills. An automotive background is not essential, but would be advantageous.
