Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role focuses on leadership, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, including fuel, lubricant, and asset support services.Develop and execute tailored operational strategies for regional needs.Ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance with regulations.Engage with customers to adapt operations and enhance satisfaction.Analyse data to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.Lead, mentor, and support a team of managers and staff.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless operations.Candidate Requirements:Experience:Minimum 5 years in operational management, preferably in logistics or the fuel/lubricants industry.Education:Tertiary qualification in business, logistics, or a related field (postgraduate preferred).Skills:Leadership, data analysis, problem-solving, and customer service.Knowledge:Industry-specific standards, supply chain optimization, and safety regulations.Competencies:Crisis management, process improvement, and effective team collaboration.Applications will only be accepted via Seek.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
