P eople are the heart of Bendon, the ability for our teams to build trust, quickly, in the fitting room with our customers is one of the most important parts of our business and as our new Regional Manager Central, you will drive retail teams across a group of our North Island stores to achieve this.
As part of our Senior Retail Team based out of our head office in Auckland Airport Oaks you will create an environment where people are valued and support our teams to bring to life our purpose every day.
Driving sales and achievement of KPIs will be your natural cadence, alongsi de y our want to develop our team through the Bendon career pathway.

What will be your core responsibilities?
Achievement of sales and budget for your remit, across retail teams.
Work with Store Managers to drive sales and track, PNL, inventory, centre statistics and wage control People management, not limited to performance management and team development, to ensure alignment to the Bendon CORE values and way of working Adhering to the health and safety and risk compliance needs of your remit Customer service approach, encouraging the demonstration for all team on the Bendon 'customer first' approach Cost management, continually reviewing best practice for your remit.
What we are seeking in our next Regional Manager?
A person with Multi-Site or Multi-Department manager, with demonstrated ability to manage 50+ team A proven track record of driving sales and delivering on KPIs and budgets High financial acumen, with experience working across a PNL High visual merchandising standards, with experience in apparel or clothing retail A willingness to learn, and a can do attitude .
