Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Hold a relevant qualification in Health & Safety or a related field Solid understanding of construction industry health and safety standards Proficiency in developing solid relationships and acting as a coach and mentor to ensure staff always operate in the safest manner Ability to implement a Health and Safety operating system and support project teams in achieving best practices and strong employee engagement About You: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail Skill in influencing and negotiating within a team Ability to lead a team of safety professionals, provide outstanding service to operational teams, and be recognised as a technical expert in your field Ability to coach and guide staff to enhance their technical competence in safety system requirements.
