Supporting the North and West Cluster villages, you will assist the National Food & Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies and operational standards across these villages. The role will ensure MPI compliance and training plans are in place and kitchen staff are well supported and knowledgeable in all regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities will include:Support to the National F&B Manager to lead F&D strategy.Analysis F&D monthly financial reports to the regions operations managerContinual improvements which aim to achieve high resident satisfaction results.Support village management in recruitment and retention of staffDevelopment of training and development plans for all kitchen staff in the cluster villages.Conduct measurable internal quality assessments - FCP, menus and operation practice.General leadership and compliance for all kitchen operations in the regional cluster villages.About youWith relevant qualifications and experience in F&B multi-site operations management, you will be an excellent communicator and leader with a strong understanding of Food & Dining P&L financials. You will have previous experience and high competency around food control plans and compliance. You can lead positive change, develop, and identify staff for development and influence roster management for sustainable and profitable outcomes for your cluster villages.
