Our purpose is Building People, Creating a Sustainable Future, and when it come's to building people, we take that seriously investing in all of those who make up Naylor LoveWe are looking for a Regional Director to lead the Central Otago operation, supporting our clients, teams, and leading growth and commercial excellence.As the Regional Director, you will head up a strong region of 140+ and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
This position reports to the GM and plays a pivotal part in contributing to our broader organisational strategy.You will be focused on growing our people and business, in a unified way.You'll have responsibility and influence over the following areas: Strategic leadership and planning: Developing and implementing a cohesive strategy that aligns with our vision while steering the growth of our business across the region Culture of excellence: Providing strong, inspirational leadership and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment that aligns with our core values Solutions-focused customer excellence: Collaborating with other Regional Directors and regional teams to ensure we deliver top-tier services to our clients.
Building strong relationships both internally and externally will ensure a unified approach to business development Financial management: Achieving or exceeding planned budgets and targets Operational efficiency: Enhancing project delivery outcomes that contribute to the success of the business We strongly believe that you will need to bring the following to be successful in this role: Extensive senior management experience: Over 15 years of leadership in the commercial construction sector, overseeing turnover of $200 million Strategic vision: Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate the broader industry landscape, with a keen eye for market opportunities, risks, and growth potential Proven leadership: History of cultivating positive workplace cultures and building high-performing teams Relationship building: Exceptional at forging and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Financial acumen: Demonstrated expertise in managing financial performance and profitability, with the ability to clearly report and communicate financial metrics Growth driver: Established track record of successfully driving business growth and diversification Advocate for change: Committed to fostering positive change and professional development, mentoring experienced teams while nurturing emerging talent Why work for Naylor Love?At Naylor Love we prioritise our culture, our people and their personal and professional development, a step into Naylor Love is a step forward in your career.
