Occasional travel will be required.Responsibilities :All aspects regarding identification, recruitment, and training of AB Supervisors and Technicians.Relationship management and coordination with our 3rd party training sites.Management of AB Supervisors (who are responsible for the technical performance of all seasonal AB field staff).Collaboration with our Base Supervisor in our semen and AB equipment delivery systems and procedures.Delivering monthly and annual operating and capital forecasts within their regions.About YouWe are looking for someone with proven experience in capital and operational budgeting, resource allocation/management, excellent communication and computer skills, along with a strong focus on Health & Safety in the workplace.
The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of the NZ Dairy and Artificial Breeding sector supported by relevant work experience and a commitment to continuously improving the way that service is provided.
