Occasional travel will be required.Specifically this role is responsible for:All aspects regarding identification, recruitment and training of AB Supervisors and Technicians.Relationship management and co-ordination with our 3rd party training sitesManagement of AB Supervisors (who are responsible for the technical performance of all seasonal AB field staff)Collaboration with our Base Supervisor in our semen and AB equipment delivery systems and proceduresDelivering monthly and annual operating and capital forecasts within their regionsAbout YouWe are looking for someone with proven experience in capital and operational budgeting, resource allocation/management, excellent communication and computer skills, along with a strong focus on Health & Safety in the workplace.The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of the NZ Dairy and Artificial Breeding sector supported by relevant work experience and a commitment to continuously improving the way that service is provided.With operational and staff management experience, complemented by a strong results focus and a proven ability to develop positive working relationships, you will drive a high performance culture.How to ApplyIf you're after a rewarding and social career with people who embrace our company values of Integrity, Innovation, Spirit of Co-Operation, In-tune and Passion, then we would consider ourselves lucky to welcome you on-board.Click Apply today.
