About the role: Drive revenue growth through both new business opportunities and maintenance of existing clients Identify upsell opportunities and project works to pursue Preparation of quotes & tenders Overseeing quality of service with national clients by working in conjunction with the operations team Work towards achieving set targets for sales growth and profit margin About you: You have proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or Territory Manager with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets You have the ability to understand and analyse data and can provide insights using data You bring strengths in negotiating and relationship-building You're comfortable speaking at all levels, from field-based employees to C-Suite Board level Experienced in using a CRM Existing relationships with civil construction companies would be advantageous but not essential You have aspirations to grow your career beyond the role at hand!
