This specialist role is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and expert financial advice, information, and analysis to help managers in business groups make informed financial decisions, manage financial performance, and be accountable for public funds.The Regional Accountant is the 'customer' face of Finance for the regions. The role liaises with and utilises specialist teams in Finance to ensure the Ministry meets its statutory financial obligations, delivers value to managers in business groups, and ensures quality and consistent advice and practices.Salary range: $99,496 - $120,690 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.
