We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Region Store Manager to join our Rotorua Store in a Permanent Full Time position. As Region Store Manager, you will: Partner closely with the Assistant Store Manager to manage all aspects of the day to day store operations Coach and mentor your team to deliver outstanding customer service Achieve sales revenue, profit targets and increased market share. Work efficiently and productively with our existing customer base as well as introduce our business to new customers. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and providing solutions to a diverse range of customers and paint applicators. In order to be considered for this role you will have: Proven track record in Sales and Store management Demonstrated skills in people management and customer engagement Sound working knowledge of safety management and improvement A results-driven approach to sales targets and KPIs Strong communication, relationship building, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines Strong business acumen We are looking for a great communicator and relationship builder, who will work alongside a great team providing an exceptional in-store customer experience. Knowledge of the paint industry couldn't hurt either, however, being comfortable with manual handling and working in a trade environment is a must.
