Reformer Pilates Instructor

RAISE Physio Pilates is looking for an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead Sunday morning classes at 9:30 am and 10:30 am, with the potential for more classes as our business grows.Safety is our top priority, so we need an instructor who excels at creating safe, supportive, and effective sessions.
You will be teaching beginner-level Reformer Pilates to a diverse clientele, primarily females aged 40–70, including those with joint replacements or mobility challenges.
The ability to modify exercises for older clients while also challenging younger, fitter individuals in the fundamentals of Pilates is essential.Requirements:Reformer Pilates certification or currently undergoing certificationStrong focus on safety and adapting exercises when requiredExperience working with older adults and varying fitness levelsAbility to deliver a fun, challenging and safe classPay: $50 per classStart Date: February 2, 2025The "interview" process for this role will involve teaching a 45-minute class of varying abilities (paid).About RAISE PilatesRAISE Pilates is a new, small studio located in the beautiful surrounds of Royal Wellington Golf Club in Heretaunga, Upper Hutt.
