* Seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join Awhi Mātua, community mental health team for older adults * Permanent, Full-time (40 hours) per week, based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, right next to Cornwall Park * Monday to Friday working week, 8am – 4.30pm Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity This role is based with Awhi Mātua, our community mental health team who serve the central Auckland population of adults over 65 who are experiencing acute mental illness or behavioral difficulties associated with dementia. The team works with people from acute crisis through to continuing care. We are seeking an experienced mental health nurse for one of our two Referrals Management Clinician roles. Your responsibilities will include clinical triage, liaison with referrers, and phone assessments following a triage pathway. You will also work as a clinical team member in the Awhi Mātua Community Team. This is a community based role, which requires a full NZ Drivers licence.
