The role: As the Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team of 4 professionals based in Christchurch. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of 4 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.Nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking opportunities for business growth.Collaborate closely with the partner company to facilitate the recruitment of highly skilled non-resident candidates.Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.Regularly analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. What you'll bring: Proven experience in sales management within the recruitment or staffing industry.Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.Knowledge of the New Zealand labour market, particularly in the skilled trades and labour sectors, is highly desirable.
