The Position!
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established Christchurch team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing the best talent in the area by utilising a variety of advertising channels and recruitment strategies. You will play a key part in identifying top candidates and ensuring we connect the right people with the right roles.
Day to Day Duties:
Sourcing Candidates
Writing and Posting Job Adverts
Coordinating & Conducting Interviews
Maintaining Candidate Database
Building and Managing Talent Pools
Providing Support to Recruitment Consultants
Compliance Checks, Data Entry, Timesheet Collection and Processing
Building Relationships with Candidates & Clients

What we need from you!
Previous experience within the recruitment industry advantageous
A passion for people
Strong Communication - Have the ability to speak to anyone
Time Management - Be able to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & KPI's
Attention to Detail - Have a high level of organisation and administrative skills
Proactive Attitude & Ability to Problem Solve
Be Resilient
Tech Savvy - Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms - such as job boards, databases, and social media
Going the Extra Mile - Recruitment is not a typical 8-5 job! It requires dedication, flexibility, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of both clients and candidates
