The Recruitment Partner will work with our business leaders across New Zealand and Australia to attract, source, assess and hire the right people to join us in our pursuit of our goals and vision. This role will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles at Bendon including writing and posting ads, administering the ATS, screening, phone screening, reference checking and candidate care. Much of our recruitment is volume based so experience in a fast-paced, competitive industry will be critical. You will be seen as a partner and expert in your role and therefore will be asked for guidance and advice regularly. As part of the Human Resources team, you will also contribute to our success by participating in a broad range of HR initiatives. These could be (but are not limited to) generating reporting and data, delivering training, creating internal communications and rolling up your sleeves to help. Being adaptable and proactive will be a key to your success.
