We have a ripper of an opportunity for a networking legend to join our Christchurch team who are looking to keep their foot on the gas with the forecast for 2025 looking healthy. We've recently moved into a wicked new office in the heart of Christchurch and are eager to find a new high performer to help supercharge our growth in the engineering space.
Who are we?
Heights is a relatively young business having been through some exciting growth spurts and we are excited to be in the position to now grow our engineering desk in Christchurch. We are a specialised recruitment business working in the top end of the industrial trades market - we work with top tier tradies throughout the South Island and clients who understand the value of partnering with a recruitment company. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with some of the leading names in the industry, while enjoying the high energy working environment at Heights.

What would you be doing?
You'll be running an already warm 360 degree engineering desk with a huge variety of clients, and the opportunity to take ownership of your own work. You'll be focusing on permanent and contract roles for welder/fabricators, CNC operators, diesel mechanics, workshop managers just to name a few. On the daily, you will be interacting with clients, contractors and candidates within the Christchurch markets. You'll have the freedom to build those relationships as you see fit and advertise through multiple platforms for a huge range of active roles. To further build this desk, you'll be eager to attend networking events regularly with us, be comfortable heading out to various work sites/offices and always be hungry for the next opportunity.
Please note it is essential that you have either a solid recruitment or sales background for this role.
