You will implement a full-service recruitment function to enable the growth and talent strategy of the organisation. You will need to create recruitment policies and procedures as well as investigate and implement an application tracking system to manage and create talent pools.DutiesCreate a project plan to manage and implement the milestonesExecute attraction strategyFacilitate and train hiring managers on new processDevelop acquisition strategies to enable for current and future growthManage change within the organisation regarding recruitmentCollaborate with other teams to ensure a favourable outcomeSkills and experienceYou will be an experienced recruitment manager, who has previously set up an in-house recruitment function. You will understand recruiting and working within a Kaupapa-Maori organisation and will have strategies to attract and retain talent.Previous recruitment leadership experienceUnderstanding of NZ Employment legislationRemuneration and market knowledgeExperience leading change managementWorking with iwi and other Maori organisationsProject Management skills working with other teamsImplementation of an application tracking softwareCultureThis is an organisation that is making a real social impact.
