Our team not only possesses profound industry knowledge but also encourages fresh ideas to drive success in this role.Working closely with our Build Trades team, your responsibilities will include:Onboarding | Facilitating the onboarding process for migrant contractors arriving in New ZealandCandidate Management | Developing connections with candidates, sustaining continuous communication throughout their tenure, and handling underperformance by offering guidance and support to assist field staff in meeting performance standards.Recruitment Support | Assisting in advert posting, candidate screening, and reference checksAdministrative Tasks | Managing timesheets, generating reports, and handling ad hoc dutiesTravel | Regularly visiting candidates and clients, ensuring smooth operations across sitesAbout You: We're seeking a highly motivated team player who is goal-oriented and committed to delivering results.
If you're passionate about forging lasting connections and nurturing relationships, this could be the perfect fit.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a relevant industry, coupled with strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
